This is the website of the Académie Française, whose mission is to defend and uphold the French language. Their site includes information about their work as well as tools for French language learners and speakers.

This ACRL guide collects "scholarly resources in French Studies, including those covering Belgium, Canada, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Switzerland. The resources organized here are all freely available and have undergone a selection and evaluation process." It is important to note that this guide is originally intended for librarians, but may be useful for students and scholars as well.

"dLOC is a cooperative of Partners within the Caribbean and circum-Caribbean that provides users with access to Caribbean cultural, historical and research materials held in archives, libraries, and private collections. dLOC comprises collections that speak to the similarities and differences in histories, cultures, languages and governmental systems. Types of collections include but are not limited to: newspapers, archives of Caribbean leaders and governments, official documents, documentation and numeric data for ecosystems, scientific scholarship, historic and contemporary maps, oral and popular histories, travel accounts, literature and poetry, musical expressions, and artifacts."

The French Revolution Digital Archive consists of three main collections; of most interest are the Archives Parlementaires and the Images de la Révolution française. The Archives parlementaires collects parliamentary deliberations alongside reports, speeches, and first hand accounts of the Revolution, while the Images de la Révolution française is a collection of 5,126 images documenting the Revolution from 1787-1799.

"Gallica is the digital library of the National Library of France and its partners. Online since 1997, it is enriched every week with thousands of new items and today offers access to several million documents." As of February 2023, it includes over 5 million news articles, 1 million images, 64 thousand music scores, 195 thousand maps, 5 thousand videos, 181 thousand manuscripts, 52 thousand audio recordings, 856 thousand books, and 519 thousand objects.

Île en île is an encyclopedic archive of French-speaking Caribbean, Pacific Ocean, and Indian Ocean authors. The site includes authors ranging from poets to playwrights to short stories and fiction, and captures the authors in biographies, bibliographies, and interviews.
