Welcome back! The Tredway Library is excited to see students back in our space! We're hitting the ground running, and want to share updates about library hours, helpful tutorials, upcoming book displays, and more.
J-term library hours (January 11 - February 7 2021) J-term hours are different than a regular semester, so make sure to take note of what time we're open!
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 9pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 1pm - 5pm
Sunday: 1pm - 9pm
Are you a little confused about how to use OneSearch? Do you need a refresher on certain databases? Can't figure out how to find the full-text of that article that would be just perfect for your paper? We have been hard at work creating how-to videos to help you with your research needs. We also have a "how-to videos" icon on our website to help you quickly locate the videos when you need it! More videos will be added over time, so make sure periodically check in to see what is new. Enjoy!
E-booksCan't physically get to the library? Realize you need a book and our library is closed? We have a large selection of e-books available for you to use! Our website now has an quick link for you to access them. Find it on the homepage in the icon box!
Library bingoStudents, how many of these spots can you fill in our library bingo? Faculty, is there anything on here you would want your students to complete for your class? Use it for fun or as part of an assignment! Find the post on our social media accounts, or email María (mariaemerson@augustana.edu) to get a downloadable version.

Laundromat Library LeagueDo you have any children or young adult books at home that are gathering dust? Consider donating them to the Tredway Library's Laundromat Library League, located at the Rock Island Neighborhood Laundromat. Last year over 250 books were donated by the Augustana community! Drop any books to the box outside of María Emerson's office in the Tredway Library (Tredway 226). In keeping with standard library practices during COVID-19, donated books will be placed in quarantine for 3 days in order for them to be safely delivered and available at the laundromat.
