Requirements

Remember that the peer-reviewed studies you find must meet certain criteria:

  1. Must be content from peer-reviewed journals
  2. Must be from a journal published in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada
  3. Must be published after 1990
  4. Cannot be from an online-only journal (e.g., PLOS One)

 

The above criteria represent the minimum standards required to meet the expectations for your Research Essay. The peer-reviewed articles you find must also be directly related to your specific focus and/or argument based on one of the essay prompts.
