Web of Science allows you to sort the results of any search by citations or usage.
Citations = citations to the article in other published sources
Usage = used by researchers in Web of Science, where "use" means accessing the full-text and/or saving the article
Sorting by "Usage (last 180 days)" can give you a sense of trending topics that are receiving attention.
To use this feature in Web of Science, click "Sort by" in the grey bar at the top of your results list, then select the type of sorting you want.
